Through guided movement explorations, anatomical insights, creative metaphors, and hands-on feedback, participants will gain a deeper understanding of how our bodies move. Participants will explore developmental movement patterns through improvisational tasks and group movement scores, fostering a sense of freedom in movement. As the weekend unfolds, you’ll gain confidence in improvisational performance, cultivating self-expression and connecting with others in a supportive and nurturing environment.

Whether you’re looking to start the year with a renewed sense of presence, or are simply curious about somatic practices, this workshop offers an opportunity for rich exploration to discover the power of movement, and deepen your self and body awareness.
