She first joined ZfinMalta as a rehearsal director under the artistic direction of Paolo Mangiola and was appointed Associate Artistic Director in 2024.

The Associate Artistic Director is a new position within the company responsible for maintaining the artistic integrity of the programme and managing the ensemble of dancers including their training, health, and wellbeing needs. Working closely with the Artistic Director, the Associate Artistic Director is a vital co-ordinating link within ZfinMalta, connecting the work of the studio and the administration of the company and its activity.

During this period of hybridity the Associate Artistic Director is the primary link between the company’s operations and the Artistic Director until they assume their role on a full-time basis in January 2025.
